I’m a Lead ML Engineer with 15 years of experience building and operating production systems in high-stakes, regulated environments.

I currently work on production ML and AI systems at Starling Bank. Most of my work sits at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning, and operating reliable systems in regulated environments.

This blog is where I write about building AI systems in practice: production constraints, reliability, delivery, and the engineering trade-offs that matter once systems leave the lab.

Outside work, I spend my time climbing and gaming.
